they offer pathetic of services i have ever suffered in my life. the moment i ordered the stuff, i got an imidiate mail saying i have to pay more for midnight delivery. that was right and i did it then and there only.
as it was a surprise birthday cake for my brother, i called him up to wish and was expecting him cut d cake i have sent across. but i got embarrased when he has not got any. i called these buggers but he nobody answered my phone and after calling them 7 times there phone got switched off all of a sudden.
i never gotso much embarassed in my life. the next morning they delivered an unfresh cake. wow!! that was awesome. go to hell lovenwishes.

I ordered flowers for a friend, and they lied to me that it had been delivered. I checked with my friend only the next week since I hadn't heard from her, and learned of the deception. I emailed them and was told it wasn't delivered. There was no apology, no remorse, and ironical since their email footer talks about customer satisfaction and feedback being important.
I had to use their web chat with an agent to get a refund since their phone and email was proving non-responsive.
Do not trust lovenwishes.com - they are just an aggregator - and deliver using agents in local cities who have no loyalty and let them down.

First of all, I would like to appreciate the site owners for this initiative and providing this type of service in India. However it is very disappointing when we speak in terms of service they have offered. Site owners could provide quality service, to get more customers.
I have ordered a cake, flower bouquet and a soft toy for my mother's birthday.
Cake is not worth for the price.
Flowers were not fresh and not wrapped properly; I could get these flowers in local shop for less than Rs.50.
Soft toy is very tiny, I ordered Hugging Teddy Pair (Rs.655 as mentioned in the site). What I received is a tiny teddy which had price tag on it saying it is Rs.110. Seriously Guys??? It was really embarrassing. At least they should have removed the price tag.

I ordered gift from lovenwishes.com to my wife on valentine day, they have mentioned on website that they deliver in bangalore on same day.
After 2 days they did not deliver the gift, when I called number given on website they are not picking.

They are fraud and cheater, they do'nt care about emotions of the people. Please do not trust this websites, they will take your hard earned

Ordered some flowers on 30th August 2014, was not delivered. Called their customer service for at least 20 times to make sure that the product will reach on time. I have ordered one cake, bouque and teddy through lovenwishes.I paid the money in advance around Rps.4300.I requested them to deliver the order on 24-sep-2014 midnight.I waited for entire night nobody called me.I was keep on calling on help desk number nobody picked my number.Luckily next day somebody picked my number and said delivery boy could not find the address(which is just bluff) so he was unable to deliver the order and they will deliver that next day.Then on entire 24th I waited even then nobody even bothered to call me.Finally I cancelled my order on 24th night around 8pm.They told they have cancelled the order and they initiated refund and I will get my money within 5 working days.After 1 week I called them back since I did not get any refund amount.Then they again said money will be refunded within 2 working days.This was kept on happening from last 22 days.Now it seems they blocked my number whenever i call them they are not at all picking my call even if they pick after 100 attempts they will ask all the order details finally they will money will be refunded within 2 3 working days.If I shout at them they are disconnecting my call immediately.
I am seriously very much fed up with them.

This Lovenwishes doesn't deserve any rating.. I think it is a fake site. We must sue them. We must take severe action against them. Earlier I ordered through other sites. But this time I tried this site and I ordered a cake for my sister. It was not delivered. When I called, i was not connected. Nor any executive answered my query on chat. I don't know how to connect them and track my order. This company should be shut down as they are just cheating the customers.

I ordered a birthday cake for my daughter with a couple of special requests and paid the extra charges for the special requests i have made. From 12.05.18 I was regularly in contact with them to ensure the supply. They ensured the delivery on 1700 Hrs on 16.05.18. But they didn't supplied the gift and up to 2000 hrs on 16.05.18 they kept me unaware of their in ability to supply the item, playing with my emotions.I made 21 calls to them on that day. Thank you for screwing up my anniversary! One of the biggest mistake I did was purchasing a bunch of red roses for my girlfriend from http://www.lovenwishes.com/, I was supposed to have a good time with her yesterday and because of your pathetic service everything was ruined. Even though I paid an extra 300INR for delivery and spend 4500 for 100 red roses, all I got in return was disappointment.
