Www. Mydala.com — Product Not Received

I had purchased a Voucher on www.mydala.com on 7th November, 2011:

Price Paid (COD): Rs. 949
Voucher Expiry: 4th Dec, 2011

The product was supposed to be received before 4th of Dec by courier directly to me but after consistent followups with the customer care dept of mydala, I haven't received the product and now they tell me that same has been received by a person named Mohit at my office address through DTDC services.

I fail to understand that if the product was sent on my name how can it be received by any body else and specifically there is no one in my office by the name of MOHIT.

This is an absolute fraud and mydala seems to be cheating and fooling around with the customers by taking prepaid orders.
