Hi mydala plan is automatically activated in my number and every month 49 Rs has been deducted for the consecutive 3 months.
What nonsense is this.

    Sir,
    My number has been receiving a message saying that I accepted the Mydala powerdeal since three months and each month it has deducted RS.47 from my account. I have not accepted any deal, nor have I visited their website either. Kindly refund the money back to my number for unlawfully deducting the money.

        Dear Sir,
        It is again surprised to note that my balance is reduced by Rs 47, towards
        Mydala powered deal "
        This is 3rd time in last 2 months my balance is
        reduced by Mydata powered deal "
        By this sort of transaction, I feels being unnecessary harassed.
        Please do the needful and immediately restore my Rs 47 in my
        account and ensure that in future it is not repeated.

                  I am a VI customer, mydala is charged me Rs. 49 without any consent on[protected]. I have not visited their website nor clicked on any of their subscriptions. This is outrageous and fraudulent activities. VI should cancel their tie up.

                        I have received sms saying that you been charged rs 49 for choosing Mydala powered deal. They have deducted my amount without my permission. I haven't visited any of their site nor clicked on any link. When called to customer care they refused to refund my amount.

                            Vodafone deducted 49 for mydala service without consent

                            Vodafone deducted 49 for mydala services without consent. i have not used any service or visited any site. i called to customer care and they are refusing to refund. they are not registering complain also.

                            I have been charged Rs.49/- on my phone bill stating that the charge for choosing to access mydala powered deal on 23rd March 2021. I checked with Vodafone, they are also not aware of any VAS provided for this facility and neither authorised any vendor nor set my Vodafone postpaid phone as a payment option to charge me. So it's a fraudulent activity taking place to charge someone without their consent / knowledge!

                              Complaint marked as Resolved 
                              I initiated an email to VI and mydala stating I have been charged without authorisation. Immediately VI reached out and refunded the said amount so do mydala. But as a Good Samaritan I returned Rs. 49 to mydala. Now it’s between mydala & VI to figure out.

                              VI refunded the amount first. Mydala also reached out and refunded 49 rupees. Since I already got paid by VI returned Rs 49 to mydala.

                              Now mydala has to pay to VI.
