This is with reference to the online portal www.PuneOnlineFlorists.com
This portal is for online order of birthday cakes, gifts etc. I had extremely bad experience with this company recently. I have ordered a birthday gift pack worth 1850 Rs. and this was supposed to be delivered as per 'midnight' delivery option selected so that recepient get it as surprised please sant gift on her birthday. The order was never delivered neither any call was made by company people on the contact no. given in the order. When checked with them they continuously tried to tell us that the order is showing as delivered. Infact I stay in the same flat where this order was supposed to be delivered, and nobody ever came to deliver any order. This is extremely unethical and frustrating experience.
When checked on their website www.PuneOnlineFlorists.com there are no any concrete contact details maintained. The customer care no. takes lot of time to pick up and their connectivity is very bad. Further, there is no any detail mentioned on the website about who has this company and where is their office etc. Now I don't know till when I will have ot scream at them to refund my money.
We checked online the reviews for this and there are similar bad experiences. Since people are using their banking credentials while making the payment, its extremely dangerous to share such details with such fradulent websites.
On behalf of lot of others and from my side as well, requesting you to look into this matter and ensure that these culprits are identified & punished and this website is closed.
