I order rakhi and chocolate packing for my brother 3 days ago and i mention that to deliver it on same day.It is clearly mentioned on the website for same day delivery. But today is 4th day the product is still in transit and after speaking to the customer care they said that we have courier it now its their problem you can track the product.The problem is that my brother is leaving today for some tour out of india. please help me

This is with reference to the online portal www.PuneOnlineFlorists.com
This portal is for online order of birthday cakes, gifts etc. I had extremely bad experience with this company recently. I have ordered a birthday gift pack worth 1850 Rs. and this was supposed to be delivered as per 'midnight' delivery option selected so that recepient get it as surprised please sant gift on her birthday....

I had ordered a bouquet worth Rs500 to be delivered in Pune on 13 Feb 2011 through www.puneonlineflorists.com. Even after my follow-ups, the bouquet did not reach the destination on 13Feb and they sent it on 14Feb. I had clearly written to them on 13th night that they should not deliver it, if can't do it on time and refund my money. Still, they delivered the bouquet on 14 Feb, without my authorization.
