ALERT: DONT SHOP WITH TALASH.COM (ITS MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE) I ORDERED ONE NIGHT WEAR AGAINST FULL PAYMENT.THE SIZE AND COLOUR RECEIVED WAS TOTALLY DIFFRENT WHAT I ORDERED.WHEN I CALLED UP I WAS ASKED TO SEND THEM PICTURES WITH MEASURE TAPE (STREACHED AND WITHOUT STRECHED)WHAT A FUNNY THING TO DO FOR REPLACEMNET.THE SIZE AND COLOUR I ORDERED AWS OUT OF STOCK AND WAS ASKED TO RETURN THE PRODUCT FOR REFUND WHICH I SENT IMMEDIATELY.AFTER SO MANY CALLS I WAS GIVEN ONLY ONE REPLY CONCERENED DEPT WILL GET BACK TO YOU SOON WHICH NEVER WAS THE CASE.NOW EVEN AFTER 40 DAYS THE PAYMENT IS STILL NOT REFUNDED.So be careful while shopping from Talash.com. We are aware of the issue you have faced and this is the reason we had arranged for the pick up of the incorrect product. The reason for asking the same is because as per the updated given by the dispatch team of the concerned vendor, the product which was shipped was of free size. Since, as per you the product was of small size and not in full size, we had asked you to provide us the images alongwith the measure tape. Please note that we are just a platform where various sellers list their products and dispatch them from their end.
In this case, since the product delivered to you was incorrect, we arranged the pick up of the same and have refunded your payment.
Furthermore, we were able to locate 1 more order placed by you for the same kind of product but of a different vendor. The said product was delivered promptly to you without any issue. Hence, we request you to understand that such situations are very unfortunate and we always try our best to reach an amicable solution which is acceptable by the customer.
We understand your frustration and we apologize for the inconvenience you have faced because of the concerned vendor.
