A booking was done for movie tickets 21.07.2012 at 00.15 am through this site www.ticketplease.com , Payments went through with credit card, but didn't receive tickets and the website crashed, later analysing browsing history, understood that booking request was cancelled. When contacted help desk, which happens to be a personal cell phone number, i was harsely asked to enquire during office hours 10am to 5pm. Same day around 10am in the morning , called the number in site : [protected] 10 times. Neither did i receive a call back nor a response. Around 12.00 pm called again to enquire about formality for refunds, got a blatant reply, that they will. No time frame was conveyed, no assurance was provided.
As of now i am not sure, if i would be getting my money back. Please do the needful and provide guidance in proceeding a serious complaint against the Website.
