A booking was done for movie tickets 21.07.2012 at 00.15 am through this site www.ticketplease.com , Payments went through with credit card, but didn't receive tickets and the website crashed, later analysing browsing history, understood that booking request was cancelled. When contacted help desk, which happens to be a personal cell phone number, i was harsely asked to enquire during office hours 10am to 5pm. Same...

Please not that i was trying to book tickets on 17/07/2011 but every time the order status showed cancelled. I didn't knew that my money is getting deducted so i was trying again and again. When i checked with the bank Rs.1480 was deducted from the account. Also note that i was trying to call on the phone banking but no one was picking up the phone and it was switched off. This company is a total fraud company. I had booked 2 tickets for a show of a movie in Pune through a robust internet connection. They proceeded me speedily through the booking but after the transaction, I got a screen saying that my transaction has been cancelled without providing any specific reason.
