www.variation.in — Cheat and fraud

On 13th February 2012, I placed an order on www.variation.in for three clutches, ORDER No.[protected] total charge was Rs.598. On their website they mention that they ship within 5 days of placing an order but till 1st March 2012, I did not receive the package, I mailed them and complained about the same so I recieved the package on 6th March 2012, finally after a month of placing the order.

As soon as I opened the package, to my shock I found that I got completely different clutches and not the ones that I had ordered. One of the clutch was also in a damaged condition. I read the company's return policy on their website which reads:

We are commited for 100 % customer satisfaction, In case product is damage or not as per order , you can email us on [protected]@gmail.com and request for the replacemnet , We will arrange free reverse pick up (only for india) & will send you new product without charging any extraa cost. We offer 100% money back gurantee for all orders from all over the world.

"I mailed them about the different and damaged clutches that I recieved and asked them to reverse pick their clutches and refund me my money back. They did not respond to me and again I sent them the same message and finally I received a reply:

We are sorry. We will refund you.

The products you order is not in stock.

NOW IT HAS BEEN 10 days and the company doesn't reply to my mails or anything, they have not refunded my money either.

THEY ARE THE BIGGEST FRAUDS AND CHEATS, I kindly request the concerned authorities to take action against them and also I request all people to not buy anything from this website called www.variation.in as they are cheats who look to take your money and send you cheap stuff.
