[Resolved] X6 Nokia — Defective piece | |||
Sir, By mistake I purchased nokia mobile X6 on 6/30/2010 from Mobile store invoice TN3383 from valasarvakkam unite chennai India[protected] where it was promised by sale person if any compliant or not satisfied with product it will get replaced with new piece. Where i found that the mobile cover fitting are improper and PCB board is visible and the hear phone fitting one nobe is projecting and battery cover is improper fitting(which was informed in the first day itself).I submitted the mobile on mobile shore on 7/13/2010 for replacement. Today again i received call from Nokia customer care where they are telling similar three complaints they have received and they will replace the panel and rectify the problem.( since currently they do not have a stock of panel i have to wait a week minimum).Here i do not understand one think, as Nokia themself are accepting as manufacturing defect why i am not getting replacement with a new one where i used the piece only 10 days. What is the value for the money I paid . Why i should wait a week for to get a solution for this. I never expected this kind of negligence support from No 1 brand .
