[Resolved]  XFX — Downgraded Quality of Graphics Cards & Poor Customer Support

Respected sir,

My name is Mehul. S. Patel from Surat, Gujarat, India. I am running my own Game-Parlor- COMAX GAME PARLOR. I have 8 PCs. I have purchased 8 graphics cards of following specifications of XFX Company. The model number is XFX – 9800GT.

From last 6 months, I am facing problem with the performance of the above said graphic card. Within this period almost all graphic cards have been replaced but still it is causing problems. The last card, I have given to RASHI PERIPHERALS PVT. LTD. Surat, service center on 8/8/2011. There is no response from the service center since then. When I contacted them about my replacement card, they said that they don’t have above mentioned number card in stock and asked me to wait for another 1 month. When I argued that I have game-parlor and I cant wait that long, the person at service center gave irresponsible answer that when company send the card, he will give me.

After spending around total 64000 rupees for cards and get this kind of customer support, what am I suppose to do??? My PCs are forcefully kept off and my daily counter is tempered because of these. I have informed the above mentioned details to the company’s emails - [protected]@rptechindia.com , [protected]@rptechindia.com , [protected]@rptechindia.com . but till date there is no reply from them. Still warranty period is on and company is not responding to the complaint. If once my warranty period is over, I think company will just ignore everything. Now I want to replace all my cards as every card is causing problems to me. I want better quality cards now.

I have attached the scanned copy of inward of my last card given to Rashi Peripherals Pvt. Ltd.
