Dear Sir/Madam,
I purchaed a Mp3 player from XONE store in Chennai airport on 25th of Nov. On 26th november the player stopped palying mp3 music. I called the vendor and they told be upgrade the firmware (software) etc. After i did that (with them on the phone guiding me) it still did not work. After this the vendor requested that courier back the product which i did immediately. After this i have called them and sent several emails. They are not responding even they they have confirmed that they have received the faulty product.
I paid Rs 3600 for this player.
I request you take up with matter as these fellows are not serving customers well, and that too in a place like international airport where our country's image is in full display.
