I had bought the MP3 player an year back from Cochin. When it was sold I was told that you have a presence across India and that post one time investment on the handset, I can avail free download of music from these plug and move kiosk/counter.
Unfortunately you are not present in any airport including Chennai.
I am a frequent traveller and I feel cheated by this.
Can you refund me my money?
Or increase your presence.
On the first place can you share where exactly do you have presence across India with address..
It's so irritating to carry the handset with anticipation of reload and you have zero presence
