Xxx — Improper Ticketting

I used travel daily from Velankeni (Electronic City) - Post Office(Electronic City).The fare is 4 rs. Today when I boarded into the bus the conductor gave me Rs 6 Ticket.I asked for 4rs ticket, he rudely answered that for 4Rs ticket you should give change(I gave 10Rs note.) .If that is the case he would have asked me to give change before giving the ticket.The no. of the bus is : KA -01 F-4503.Its not about money but when we are paying and traveling behavior of the conductors should be good.And why we shall pay more if the charge is less.
