I am not a regular used of mail.yahoo.com, but have regularly used Yahoo briefcase to store my important documents. Unlike yahoo photoes, that transfered all the photos to Flicker before closing, Yahoo briefcase never give an opportunity to transfer the documents to an alternative space. I lost my all the documents and inspite of repeated request, never got them back from Yahoo.
Storing important data of customers is a big responsibility. And deleting them by giving notice in the mailbox is an irresponsible act. They should never think that if I am using the briefcase product regularly will mean I will use the email product regularly too. And just by given notice in my mailbox does not ends their responsibility. Was this information helpful? |
