i am the regular user of my yahoo id muzaffar.[protected]@yahoo.com....but yesterday i got a message that due to some security reasons your id is locked..if you want to continue give the security question answer or the code is send to your alternate email id or to your phone no...but i don't remember my security question and my alter net email id and phone no that i had registered is no more exist..so sir please help me out...because i use this id for my all official mails as well....please reply me on quazi.[protected]@gmail.com Was this information helpful? | |||

i am not able to access my yahoo id from last two weeks.despite i send so many mails to yahoo customer centre about my id, no action i have been taken.for verification question was:what was pet's name.i know it was easy question for verification but for me it was tough to remember asi was using my e-mail from last seven years.
my humble request once again to all yahoo team to please deactivate my password.apart from any other verification question, i am prepare for it.

My Yahoo account is suddenly blocked, I can't seem to access it despite using the same username and password that I have had for years, as my alternate address does not exist anymore and i can't remember what pincode i had written down then (have moved several times since then) my account is just not acessible - need urgent help
