yahoo lottery — winner of lottery

Respected Sir,

I have got a mail from YAHOO LOTTERY saying that I have won an amount of 750, 000.00GBP.They have given their email id as
MICROSOFT HEAD OFFICE<[protected]@live.com> and their address as:
The Msn/Yahoo Lottery Incorporation
PO Box 1010, United Kingdom.Even they had given me batch number, ref no and winning num.They asked my details like address, occupation, gender, phone num and without thinking I had given and now they are asking me to contact ON-DOT DELIVERY to get money and also told me to pay some money as cost of delivery.I am not getting what to do, so please help me as soon as possible by checking these above mentioned email id, whether it is a fraud or not..
