Dear Sir,

I am working with Government of India, I have been provided with MS office product key in original by my department and the same is activated by them in 2022. I have user name as [protected]@outlook.com however the password was not working and after multiple attempt it has been blocked. I dont have reply to the security questions as the software was activated by my department (who are unable to help now)....

I accidently deleted the authenticator app when on my phone. Since I have been unable to get back onto my college email/Microsoft on my laptop. I cannot compete my work correctly, and I am unable to do it on my laptop which is where all the Microsoft apps are that I need to use.
Even when attempting to get back onto the app, it requests a code from the authenticator app, even thought I am trying to sign back into it. How am I supposed...

I am trying from the past 2 days to get my Microsoft office to get activated and I have used multiple times to create a microsoft account with my emails and tried multiple emails and still I could not able to login and I am getting too many requests error and Error 0x8007003B from our end

Purchased a laptop from Reliance Digital three month ago. In this Word/excel/pdf were inbuilt. From day one onwards, the search is not working. We raised the complaint with Reliance Digital, they requested us to bring the Laptop to their office. We brought the laptop, they checked it and they also confirm this problem.

My subscription of Microsoft office 365 got auto renewed in May 2021..but office is not working stating that subscription is over...I have contacted the Microsoft but no clear answers received and problems still existing...Also I have checked with my credit card bank and they have confirmed the transaction. Hi,
I had office 360 home. I turned off auto renew option in the month of may. Even now in sept money is getting deducted from my account. I am not using there product but still they are taking my money. There phone lines are always busy and there online good for nothing support is useless. I don't find their customer support mail id.

The transactions happened on 24th of june (Rs.414), july (Rs.424.80) and august (Rs.424.80)...
