Myself Alaya, working as a Dy. Manager in TATA Tele Services Ltd. I have given my bike (Model: RX-135), at Reliance automobiles of Durgapur(WB) on 31st of july. It has to undergo complete servicing. Before the day I had also asked for estimation and they had provided it. It was supposed to get completed and handed over to me by 6th of august.
On the day when I asked for my bike, they replied me that they have shortfall of one spare (i.e. Bore and piston unit) for which they have ordered for and asked me to bear for 4/5 more days. But till date I didn’t receive my bike.I have also touched with Mr. Ravi Rastogi for the same. All the people came in touch with me from Yamaha Motors kept on blank promises that it will be handed over to me very soon.
Today finally Mr. Rastogi replied me that either I have to go for an exchange of my bike or I have to wait till march’2010 to get my bike back.
Will u plz let me know the correct person along with phone number and email address to whom I should get in touch with for resolution of my problem?
If the company is not able to return my bike repaired, it should return it to me at the old condition for which I’m not going to pay a single penny. Was this information helpful? |
