i have buy Yamaha fz s before 1 month, the problem is that the Tyre of bike is faulty and the showroom from were i have taken bike they are refusing to replace it. they are telling me that the company MRF is having policy that we cant change the Tyre because there is a puncture in the Tyre so warranty is void but without using the product how can we know the fault of product and the answer given by them were very rude and irresponsible. so sir please give me response for this matter as soon as possible.i m leaving my address and number. shashank r khare co rajesh shridharani palav appartment c2, rubber factory road, bhavnagar, 364001 mobile:-[protected], [protected] Was this information helpful? | |

For all these kind of issues we have one called Consumer Protection cell. take these issues to them and let Yamaha India company also know whats happening with there proud product...hmm
