I bought a Yamaha Gladiator RS bike 3-months back from Pune delear name:- Monarch automobiles (Phadke automobiles) kothrud.
Almost after 2nd servicing my bike got a starting problem with button start. One day it completely failed so i showed it to a exide battery delear. He said that the company has provided 1-year old battery. But the yamaha delear is refusing to accept this.Still today i am facing the same starting problem because of battery.
Request you to please help me to file a case against him.

Yamaha Gladiator Rs — ABOUT WARRANTY PARTS
I am a goodwill customer of yamaha .I have already first model of yamaha libero , now i have purchased gladiotor rs .
When i had purchased no one told me that u must have change oil on every service & when i got problem with my bike in gladitor in warrnty period , they argued this argument .
But luckly i have chnged it after every 2000km so i have shown them bills
but now they argued that electronics parts can't be covered in warranty .
After lot of arguments they told me that on the BASES OF GOODWILL you may get replacement .
But still i hadn't get it.
