Absolutely Correct, i Agree with you, the dealer are not taking responsible after they sold the Yamaha Motor Bike.The Mechanics are also not attending the customer complaints and i do not want to blame Mechanics also because they have work pressure on servicing no of bikes per day. so the full responsibility goes to the dealer.i would recommend an idea for this .Yamaha should cancel all the authorization for the service towards the dealer and the start exclusive service point at least in all cities with the well trained engineer/mechanics if Yamaha want to keep the quality service and Customer happy.
