[Resolved] Yamaha Gladiator Ss — defective parts

Hello, I have purchased a newly launched Gladiator SS from Gurunanak motors, kasarwadi, pune in march 08.Right from beginning, I've been experiencing pick-up problem.I have told this problem to dealer but he washed his hands off by repeating that clutch plates don't come under warranty period.Company engineer also told me the same.This particular problem is from day one due to defective parts so it is the duty of company to replace it.Now I don't know what to do.Bike no MH 14 - BL 2792, vikas chinchwade, [protected]. I have given cash amount of 50437 Rs to purchase Ymaha gladiator ss black & red model to mangaer of yamaha motor india sales pvt ltd. wakdevadi pune maharashtra .

i haven't recieved my bike its already 10 days, Please guide me what should i do as they are keep saying that this is not in stock.
