[Resolved] Yamaha Motor India, Yamaha Fzs — ORION the worst place to let your Yamaha bike for service | |||
Hi, I own an Yamaha FZS bought on 5th April 2011. This was one of my long time dreams. And I didn't suppose Yamaha would treat its customers do badly. I am giving my bike for service at ORION Motors Bangalore, starting from the 1st service. It already been 3 services by now. In the 1st service I mentioned about the Front Right Side fork getting rusty, and have some vobling in the rear wheel. The Service Manager "Mr Sethu Ram" said I would send a report to the head office and will fix this in a month. (This happened in the month of June). Nobody got in touch with me in this regard. And again I mentioned this in the second service. No Response. And in the 3rd service I had no option than asking for the mail copy that the service manager has sent as a complaint during 1st service. He denies to show me that copy. Which means they din't even consider my request. In between this I had left my bike to replace the rear mudguard, again the same person Sethu Ram asked for a day gap to deliver the bike with new rear mudguard replaced. And on the delivery date when I called them up as asked for the bike status I got a reply saying there in no Stock of Rear Mudguard in Bangalore!!!!!!. This happened for next 3 days and finally I called the Regional Service Engineer and complained about it. To my surprise my bike was delivered the Next day.(From where did the rear mudguard come in so soon?. Now during 3rd service the mechanic in ORION inspected the Rear wheel vobling and said there is a Manufacturing defect in the Hub of the mag wheel and needs to be replaced. As he wanted me to visit orion when his manager Sethu Ram was available. I went taking off from office to ORION only to hear from "Sethu Ram" that "you have complained to the Regional Service Engineer for the mudguard issue, and you follow the same to fix the other issues, and I am no capable of resolving any of the Issues related to the bike." Now I ask you is this what a customer should hear after investing thousands of money into a bike and get treated as Yamaha has Presented the vehicle free of cost to the customer? I want an immediate solution to my bikes manufacturing defect problems. I kindly request to take this issue seriously and help me with a solution. Thanks and Regards, Joshil G Jain.
