[Resolved] Yamaha — Poor customer service | |||
I have bought my yamaha FZS bike 2years back and have been getting the service done in BIKERZ yamaha,chrompet for the past 2years. I have always been disturbed by the quality of service provided and interaction with customer is always a let down. The reason being this service centre is the only nearest service station for me, i have no choice except to get it done there. 2 weeks back, i have visited the service station to get a replacement for a part.Its related to Rear brake. Since there was no spare parts available the concerned person have told me that they will raise a order request to get the spare. But its been 2weeks and even now they dont give a proper answer. 1. They are not sure if the order is placed. Each person has his own version whetehr the order was placed or not. 2. They dont even bother getting a replacement from the other local yamaha dealers. Below are the numbers i have spoken to but sadly there is no proper respone.
