[Resolved] Yamaha — Poor service from AMBAL MOTORS CHENNAI | |||
I left my Yamaha fazer which is 5 months old now with kilometre of 8000 to be serviced in ambal motors chennai, but to the tragedy the bike was in the showroom for about 3days and returned saying everything is fine. But just as it reached 15 kilometre the clutch cable got cut. I left for servicing saying that the clutch is little heavy but the service person mr. Kumar returned the bike back to me only doing water wash wish was also not clean. I got 3 days loss of pay and my problem is not resolved by AMBAL MOTORS, the technician is not listening to customer and just sending us from there. I want to know why was new bike cut this cable cut in 5 month time and why did the ambal motors took 3days when they have not done anything.
