I bought my bike in april this year.. Unfortunately i had an accident and the bike was scartched and fairing was broken.. as usual i gave the bike for repairs which took them almost a week to repair, which could have been done in an hour seriously.. when i came back i realised that there was a dent on my bike and it had been scratched from the opposite side.. This rwaly pissed me alot so i went back the other day to complain.. but the guys flatly refused to accept it was their fault and told me maybe some kids near service station did it.. they wrote my complaint in a register which i think they threw away after i left.. My question is, isnt it the dealers responsibility to take care of the bike if it is under theis maintainance workshop??Plus why arent there any registers given by Yamaha to its dealers.. This only shows that they do not bother about the bike once sold..

You may go to yamaha website and contact them thru their email.., make a written complaint and see if it works.. Do mention the dealer's name and date of invoice..
Hello jameel
dent was due to rash driving by yamaha engineers or boys. when the bike comes for repair they try to have a go at it. and unfortunately they hit your bike with some vehicle or some stationary object. in todays world no one wants to take responsibility for their deeds. i had rx 135 when i brought it for service its indicator was ok but when i came to take it indicator was broken no one took responsibility.
