I have given my bike to ORION- Motors, Bangalore(Near forum mall) on 4-april-2009 for normal servicing. I have taken back my bike on the same day.on the same day evening i have noticed that horn and head lights are not functioning. I have taken my bike to My Mechanic. He checked and told me that there is no battery in the bike.As i was busy with my work, after 3 days, i went to the showroom and asked about my battery. They said that, manager is not there, please come afterwards. 3 times i went there they said the same thing. after all on 6-may-2009, i am able to meet the manager SETHURAM.I him told him the whole story about the battery. He checked the bill and said it is not possible to trace your battery because it is already 1 month over.
Simply the story is 'Battery has been stolen In the showroom and no one is responsible for it including the manager SETHURAM'.
So what should i do? i will give a complaint in nearest police station if this complaint did not work. Was this information helpful? |
