Myself Yashas, I own a Yamaha R15 V2.0. I am very disappointed by the way I am being treated when I take my bike for service. I am asked to be present along with my bike at sharp 0930hrs if I want my bike to be serviced and they don't take into consideration the tasks I am tied up with. It is the duty to of them to service my bike under any circumstances. They can't ask me to come at the time they are comfortable with. I don't see Yamaha being a trusted brand providing a good after sales service. I also want to mention that I visited the service station thrice including today. Do they think I don't have any better work? They say there isn't enough space to park the vehicle which is none of my problem. Earlier they provided good service as the number o[censored]nits sold was sale maybe and as the units sold has increased they need to increase the plant of service station to cope up with the demand for the product. Never expected this from such an international brand. Was this information helpful? |
