I HAVE PURCHASED YAMAHA YBR 110CC FROM YOUR DEALER EM PEE MOTORS(AUTO DIV.), CHANDIGARH ON 14/07/2010. FOR REGISTRATION OF THIS VEHICLE, I APPLIED TO REGISTRING AUTHORITY, BUT THEY REFUSED TO ACCEPT THE FORM AS ACCORDING TO THEM THIS MODEL IS NOT APPROVDED BY RTO. I AM CONTINUOUSLY FOLLOWING UP WITH THE DEALER BUT GETTING NO RESPONSE IN THE MATTER. KINDLY LET US KNOW THE STATUS OF SAME.

Dear Sir,

My name is SUDHIR KANTA NAYAK, I have purchased Yamaha YBR-110 (Black No-OR01S 7064)From Balasore, Orissa Yamaha show room Named DVL - YAMAHA on 10th April-2011.

I have been facing back Break Problem from the very begining, i.e excatly when i am pressing break, a TAKH TAKH Sound(Loudly) is coming. I have complaind three times (at each service period) to the Owner of the Show room but still no action is taken up & also My bike shows Starting problem.

So i Request you to kindly consider the above Problem of My bike & take necessary steps so that belive over Yamaha Bike should retain for ever.
