[Resolved] Yamaha Yzf R15 — oil leakage
Dear M'am/Sir, This is to inform that i have purchased Yamaha R15 on 9th Jan 2010. The Bike was given for regular 1st servicing. Post servicing, fuel leakage over the engine portion was observed which was immediately brought to the notice of the same centre. The bike was handed over for rectification of whatever issue on 21st Feb 2010 and was collected back on 23rd with an assurance from the Yamaha repair representative that the problem was rectified and would not reoccur. The leakage is observed again and again for the 2nd time the bike was taken for checking today (8th March 2010) morning and the information shared was " that this is a manufacturing defect and such defect has been observed for the 1st time. photographs of the faulty section to be taken and sent to Yamaha head quarters so that the main Yamaha representative would identify and fix the problem". the bike was taken to the centre again in the evening and yet another representative has now assured repair and delivery of the bike by tomorrow (9th March 2010). would appreciate your kind intervention in the matter to assure that the fault is repaired and would not reoccur. high service quality is expected from a reputed brand like yours and genuine service with quick TAT is anticipated. after paying such a high price for a premium bike and travelling to and fro every time for any small or big issue is not a feasible value for a bike and brand like this. please confirm assurance or you can guide me to higher authorities for escalation so that the matter is taken up more seriously and we feel the worth of being your customer. photographs attached for your reference. awaiting your revert! thanks & regards, Abhishek Lad Was this information helpful?
