Lpg Gas Cylinder — Non delivery of Gas Cylinder

I have booked a gas cylinder vide my Gas Connection No.8615 on 16.09.2009 on telephone No.25611260 but till time refilled gas cylinder not received from the gas agency i.e. (SRI LAXMI SERVICES, A-20, RASHID MARKET, DELHI-110051). I have making so many telephone calls to my above gas agency but, all in vain. After 16 days of gas cylinder booking, refilled gas cylinder not sent by gas agency. WHY?

Sir, I again request you to issue necessary strict instruction to above gas agency to send my refilled gas cylinder immediately.

An early action in this matter is highly obliged.

I have customer service No- VI-13352 in the name of Raj Nandan singh. I have booked cylinder with local gas dealer here at Dhurwa,Ranchi(Jharkhand)at Vaishnavi gas service on[protected]. Till date the cylinder has not been delivered. Despite numerous reminders nothing has happend. Please help to ensure speedy and correct delivery.

I am Santosh Joshi my Consumer No. is 10415. Our Bharat Gas Services Provider is Pankaj Gas Services & their contact no. is[protected],[protected].I have somany times call there but they have not replying to me on the phone they have not pick the phone the phone's bell is ringing only.Namely of my connection Santosh Joshi's 2 cylinder's when was bought this product that time one product booked with 2 cylinders. & It is so shameful topic that I have booked only 1 cylinder and they couldn't delivered to me delivery time to time. Kindly send to us reply very urgent as soon as possible.

LP GAS — Non delivery of Gas cylinder

The online gas cylinder refill booking was done on dated 16 Sep 11 & booking No is 25383. I am registered with Chahal Gas Agency Sec 70 SAS Nagar and my cosumer No 879. I regret to inform you that even after lapes of 13 days I have not received the refill cylinde. it is requested that necessary action please be taken and I may please be provided with the gas cylinder at the earliest.

LPG — Non delivery of cylinder on time

Our consumer no is 16097 (Super care gas agency, palam).I have booked Bharat Gas cylinder on 25/02/12 through Internet and check the order status, which shows cylinder has been booked. But when i checked again on 4/03/12, the booking was not shown there. Again I booked the cylinder on 4/3/12. The booking reference number is 18886302, They took so many days to deliver the cylinder, where we have no gas to cook. Till date they have not delivered the cylinder and they don't pick the phone, doesn't respond to mails and complaint.

My mother is the resident of New Vaddem, vasco and she has the gas connection with yashada enterprises. This person is so rude that if someone goes there for booking he just neglects them, we have to make 15 to 20 trips to his shop for the refill.as if they have been giving cylinders free of charge. My mother is very old and she cannot run here & there. After so many requests they will give the cylinder after 22 days and that too you have to wait on the road with your gas book and money for more than 30 minutes.

The delivery boy thinks himself as a celebrity. He just ignores everyone who comes without vehicle. He tells call your person to carry the cylinder from road to your residence. He is so busy he even doesn't think that, that person is waiting for such a long time. We are very much fed up with this type of services.

I will write to the Bharat Gas customer services requesting them to look into the matter at he earliest
