Yepme — amount not reverted for cancelled order

I ordered two pair of shoes from Yepme http://www.yepme.com/ (Order no: 2955317) on 12th Aug 2013 via my debit card. Later on, due to some reasons, I cancelled the order within an hour of ordering . The amount got deducted from my account after placing the order but now, still after a week, i haven't received the amount back in my account. I tried calling the helpline no's many times but none seems to response. There is no escalation point and neither Yepme has reverted on multiple complaint mails sent. Expecting a quick inquiry in this
