Yepme has looted my money, ordered clothes worth Rs 700, not received product, inspite of several mails never received my money back

Made an order more than 2 year back but yepme has cancelled my order without any reason and even didn't refunded my amount. Made several complaints but didn't respond properly for a single time.

I have ordered some clothes from yepme on aug 2017. They have rejected my order and refused to refund my money. Almost, *.* years gone. I have tried to contact them through the phone call, email and social media. But, i didn't get any response from them. They have cheated me. Please give a solution for this issue. I have my order details message and bank debit statement.

Order no. 34088487, payment made through paytm, payment confirmation received from paytm (Initially crosschecked with paytm and I have received a confirmation from paytm that they spoke to the merchant-Yepme and that Yepme has acknowledged Paytm about the receipt of payment) but Yepme is not processing the order nor receiving calls on[protected] and [protected] despite several attempts. Its been 10 days since the order was placed. Kindly Assist

I am a regular buyer at yepme.com, for more then 3 years i have been buying and using cloths and shoes etc. I placed an order on 3rd april via order no 34064741. But came to know that my order has been cancelled on 11th april. I requested to process my refund but for the last one year they are not responding and replying either by phone or email.

I'd sent many mails and tried calling them but no response. It's our hard earned money that they are not returning. We can go with the legal process but not everyone has got that much time to invest.

I registered my order no. 34083916 for one new denim jacket on dated (29-june-2018) and also i paid amount online (Rs.578/-) to yepme.com but i am still waiting for my product delivery. Also no one response to me from yepme.com (On facebook page & call center number etc.). Contact number which mentioned[protected] in website of yepme.com is not working since very long.

Request you to please support me on my query and also i am looking forwards for your response.

I have ordered in 4th august 2017, order id is 33817432 that order was rejected by company side. i have claimed my money but till date they were not refund my money and i have complain many times to customer care and they were promise to refund next week but till date i am not getting refund money. so kindly look out this mater and solve as soon as possible.

I have sent back to yepme defective shoe on 24.05.18 afainst order no 34055778. Till date i have not received any refund from yepme. It is 12 months is over. Several time i written to yepme but no response from yepme shoe. Please advise how to recover my refund as soon as possible. I have request you please release my refund or send other product (Shoe) to my following address. It is long day back case, so please check your record and refund...

Not giving my money back neither the product delivered nor refunded the money... Since more than a year... Near about 3000. No refund initiated... Always replying we will do at the earliest... Now not picking up the phn and not replying... It has been more than a year they are doing like this only... But nor refunding... My money is stuck in this...

After so many followups, refund is not transferred in my account

I have call customer care and send him mail also to initiate the refund process on priority.

After so many reminders and followup still, we not get any reply from there helpdesk team, very frustrating.

I have ordered a shoes on yepme by making online payment, the delivery date is 3rd feb, but even after 15 days of delivery date the order is not dispatched., neither their customer care number is working nor their complaint option in yepme app is working. No one from the company side is their to listen for the problem that the customers is facing, even the mony is blocked which i have paid as on-line payment for the shoes.
Please take some action.

I have purchase the item nehru jacket and the delivery date of the item is 31st jan 19 but till 5th feb 19 the item didn't received... The item full amount is already deducted online and i have its receipt or screenshot.

I ordered jecket from yepme.com on 03/09/18amounting rs 399 paid by debit card against order no 34091421 it's expected delivery was 13 sep 18 since that day the order has not even dispatch today is 21st jan all the customer care numbers in yepme doesn't work i think this the case of cheating yepme has not even contacted me for any delay in delivery l want to register a case of fraud against yepme...

Product ordered on 06.01.2019 amounting rs 218 paid by credit card still not received from yepme.com

I tried to contact yepme over phone but phone not contactable, also raised complaint over mail and yepme website but still no response.

Now i feel that i have been cheated by yepme.com in this.

Need your intervention in this.
