[Resolved]  Yepme Shopping — REFUND NOT RECEIVED

Yepme — item not delivered

I ordered pair of tops order id 1112818 on 9th of oct using netbanking, my order is yet not dispatched even after 8 days (17th oct) , I contacted several times to customer care, nothing happened. I want them to refund my money or deliver my product asap.

Hi YEP ME SHOPPING. REFUND NTO RECIEVED I placed an order on www.yepme.com , order id 2784344 on 27TH JULY, the company policy says product will be shipped in maximum 7 days but its been 10 days and they have not yet dispatched the product. I have called several times wasted so much money in calling them again and again. Left several mails but no one gives me the correct reason behind failure to dispatch the item, no one replied to my mail . I have been so much humiliated and I feel like I wasted my money and wasting my time. I m working in a company and i really do not have time and money to waste everyday in making phone calls. YEPME SHOPPING has already caused so much pain and inconvenience. please help and refund my money back.
