I had been buying kerala state lottery ticket from Ynotlottery.com, Kerala. Once they mailed me that my order for purchasing one of kerala lottery ticket had been cancelled, in this way a sum of Rs. 125.00(my money) was lying with them. After a long time past I requested them to refund my money. Then they sent me some forms, and requested me to submit my photo or any document such as Pan card, voter card etc. I sent them all along with their forms duly filled in. Thereafter I wanted to know about my sending documents to them. They kept silent.
Due to sending several mails from me in this regard, once they mailed me to wait....they are sending the amount by money order. But the money order is yet to come to me after lapse of several days, and even a month. They do not pay any attention into my matter.
It is apprehended that the company is a cheater one. They are cheating to the people. I warned them to refund my money otherwise I will take the matter at its appropriate destination, still they are silent.
Moreover, presently they are using their website as ynotmarry.com. But previously it was Ynotlottery.com.
