Hi, Guys, I am one of the person worked in YNOT TECHNOLOGIES, VALASARAVAKKAM. Please dont join in this company... They are cheating the candidate. They getting money from candidate and running the company. There are 5 DASH DASH is there... 1. Manikandan (No.1 DASH in the world) 2. Sanjivi (No.2) 3. Venkateshprakash (He is not Completed B.E.) 4. Dhinakaran 5. Mohanasundaram Dhina and Mohan left the company because they also cheated by management (YNOT). They wont give proper salary, They taking candidate for JAVA,.Net etc. but you will be working in XML, E-PUB, The fact is they wont have projects in JAVA,.Net. They will treat candidate like BEGGARS. I[censored] working in XML you will feel like ROBOT. The 2 important persons is there. 1. Jagadeesan (BDM) 2. K. Sathish This two guys are SPY for management... Especially Jagadeesan is no.1 dash because he is classmate of Manikandan... He doesnt know anything how to code XML files but he is BDM... IMPORTANT INFO : Manikandan got married recently with help of Ynot Employers y because he getting money from candidate and done their marriage. Now i am thinking the MANAGEMENT planning for another marriage tats y THEY OPENED NEW COMPANY Called "ACHIEVERS SOLUTION", VIRUKAMBAKKAM. Please dont join in this company. Ynot old name was "ACHIEVERS SOLUTION" located in virukambakkam, YNOT name was damaged, So to cheat candidate they opened another compnay in old place called Virkambakkam... They collect 1lakhs to 1.5 lakhs per candidate through Consultant like BALAJI( BROTHEL HEAD, Already 420 Case.), Global Placement services, global placement services tambaram, 912A, G.S.T.Road, BSNL Shoppe, ; Tambaram Sanatorium,
Chennai - 600047 .

if any employee arise any question about salary, training, or lpd that person will terminate within 10 days. They will say the termination reason like your performance is not good.
By taking from employee salary they are giving rent, eb bill and especially for drinks in company upstairs itself. There is no training, no project, no experience person, etc.,
