I and my friends went for an interview and came to know about this,we got selected but after seeing the office we wanted to make an investigation before joining. so i went for an investigation and I came across lot of terrific facts and i dropped the idea of joining.All the information given below are true and is being given by the persons who are working there.
To start with This is a pure BACKDOOR company ,where unemployed people become scapegoat.They take money and cheat on them.It ranges from 1 lac to 1.5 lacs.
There are 6 main people who are no.2 frauds.The main backdoor consultant for these company is BALAJI AND RAJESH.
This is not a Company this is a slave market.People working here are ill treated.
The supriors dont even have basic etiquette of conversing.They abuse the employees with very bad words.
The employees working here are really slaves.
Even After working for 12 hours U can never expect ur salary.
Though they themselves boast as a software concern outside,they do no other great thing than E-publishing.
The company was started only this years.but when i went for the interview they said that it started before 4 years.Only BPO was being run till 4 yrs.Software i mean E-publishing started only during this year.
They have a beautiful funda called LPD. Even u work hard u wont get ur salary.
Many companies calculate their revenues for 4,6 or 12 months but here every month revenue is calculated that means i[censored] dont get ur salary properly its due to the revenue generated and ultimately they ll say u didnt work properly.
Here the stipend for 45 working days(but u work even on most of the saturdays and sundays and u should continue to work even in night shift if their work doesnt get over.
but it will not be calculated as working days)is 7000,during these days they will teach basics of web development the same old HTML CSS and after that you will be forced to work for epublishing.
There is no proper trainer.They always say that trainer will come in the next month. Coz there are no other projects than E-publishing.Many people were recruited for Development side and were forced to work on E-publishing.There is also a head for E-publishing who knows nothing other than to tease and abuse employees.
Many people after stinting here for 6 months didnt get single penny of salary hike.And many people are working without salary for 6 months. And even during the training period u wont get ur salary properly.If the so called superiors dont like you,you should be habituated to hear their words.

I am a Customer of Canara Bank Washerment Brach from the year 1981. In our Family we have more that 14 Account with this Branch. Here No proper service in any of the Division. If you put some observer and start check the satisfied customer, it should be around 5 to 10% that too those who have taken loan from the Bank.
In General the following problems were faced by me and lot of customers.
a) Most of the people does not given proper response their querry.
b) Mostly like State Government Office , We have to beg behind so many people, every one will divert to another person and its keep on going....
c) There is no TEAM work at all in this Branch ? I dont think they know the meaning of it
d) Most of them are above 45 years, they easily get frestrated for some small matter also.
e) Every day you can see people shouting at the Bank
f) We have closed most of our account except my family a/c alone which I decided to close now.
g) I dont understand why this branch was not taken care by the H.O.
i) Ther is no timely delivery of their service as per your specific time mentioned
j) when enquired with the manager he himself is saying this branch is like that even he himself comes out and help the customer to sort out the issue, this is not the right way, he suppose to execute through his team
k) Unless otherwise if you take serious action you can not bring good name
