yo bikes — Bad attitude towards consumer and Poor servicing

I purchased a Yo spark from Trinity Yo Bikes, Bangalore 6 months ago. The first 2 months went on very well with a mileage of 40km and above. But since the date of first servicing the mileage has gone down to the least of 20km/charge. I complaint to the agency but they are making a fool out o[censored]s. Secondly- now at the time of 3rd servicing, they say that 1 battery is spoil t so it has to be replaced. My bike is in the service center from around 10 days. Whenever i call them-the only reply i get is it will take some time, have patience. Then why did i buy a bike- just to keep patience?? When i call the main engineer, he behaves very badly and says it will take 45 days-50 days. I am disappointed by this attitude. Please help me. Today i called the service center and they are saying that- "Our engineer is arriving on Monday, then he ll decide what to do" . I experience a lot of difficulty going to college everyday.
