This is Ravinder from delhi, I bought a yo explor e bike from Matrix Motars Sarswati Vihar Delhi. It was a very bad experince, after buying its rear wheel started making noise and one day it jammed for some time. Now I complaind to the Matrix Motors, but they people are worse then yo bike they dont have any solutions they just have excuses, matrix motors even dont have a proper system to write customers complaints, they just have a cheap lady receptionist(sasti wali) who dont know how to talk to customers and where to write complaints. we are running a news paper agency in Trichur -Ayyanthole
from the beginging onwards the vehicel complaint battery
low mileage if one time full charging we get only 35 -40 if single drive
with out the vehile we very difficult to run our buisness aflter a gap of 1.5 month
vehicle handed over , after the repair but still we have not satisfy with the vehice so
we handed over to the corcern for repair but still the vehicel with them
