[Resolved]  Zen Mobile — bad service

respected concerned people,i have given my cell phone at the service center of zen mobile namely asian electronics in rajouri garden nearly 10 to 12 times in the last 1 n a half month during the guarantee period itself.the mobile phone did not work even once everytime i got it back.i have to go all the way from dwarka to submit and collect my phone back repeatedly.i was asked to purchase a new battery and even after doing so it did not work.i gave it back to those people to check the problem.they took my cell phone with the usb cable and charger and did not return the charger as well.it is the worst service i have ever come across.i would like to make other people aware of the bad services and electronics this company is offering so that they dont do the mistake of purchasing any electronics of this company and suffering later. - a genuine costumer
