[Resolved] Zen Mobile — Cheating by zen mobile

Sir,

I have complaint against Zen mobile for cheating with customer. I had brought Zen mobile (Z-66) from Chhabra Watch & Radio shop, Madangir, New Delhi-62 on dated 07.05.2011 with two year warranty. The shopkeeper said at the time of inspection of Z-66 mobile that those features are written on box cover of Zen mobile all are active and fully working condition. After one day when I insert my memory card into Zen mobile I found that it is unable to fully open and play 3GP and MP4 format and also it has mentioned that it has inbuilt Yahoo & MSN messenger but I found only MSN messenger. It seems Zen mobile have cheated with me.

Therefore, I would like please refund my money which I have paid for it as early as possible.

The said complaint had already forwarded to Zen Customer Care but no response so far.

Sir,

I have complaint against Zen mobile for cheating with customer. I had brought Zen mobile (M-111) from Rana Agencies, Hasanpur Distt J.P.Nagar (UP) M/O Dec-2011 with One year warranty. Ringer problem is coming in this Mobile I had inform to Dealer Gaurav Rana C/o Rana Agencies, Hasanpur Distt J.P.Nagar him tell me that the mobile is send to ZEN Mobile service Center & Return Back to You after 25 Days.
I have requested to you that Pl provide to us My Mobile after repairing Earlier so that i have only one mobile
