I am B.L.SHARMA from jaipur(RAJASTHAN). i purchased a ZEN M 72 white colour handset at[protected]from dealer m/s LODHA POWER PROJECTS. after puchasing handset i got a problem that phone book was not open either shortcut or menu process. i contact to dealer for that problem and they provide me authorised service centers list. i contact to my nearest service center. he told me that the problem is due to a software, will available in 3-4 days. after many phone calls in duration 10-15 days, he prepared DOA and i deliverd it to dealer and dealer provide me another ZEN M 72 white colour handset. when i opened it in front of dealer it was doing properly. at the evening i found that it's also making problem in open phone book. then i contact an another authorised service centre which have the software. when i meet him, he told me that the handset is not doing work properly and he also make DOA. when i meet to dealer with DOA, he told me that now they would arrange handset after replacement from company. from that day yet i am doing wait of replacement. all this circle is between[protected] to[protected]. when i said to dealer about handset he provide me the Stockist mobile no., stockist provide me RAJASTHAN Service head mobile no., and RAJASTHAN Service head assured me that replacement will 100% delivered till[protected]. in this lien today when i ask the dealer about handset, he denied and said that i should talk to Mr. Rajeev(RAJASTHAN Service head ). i am unable to understand it that when the company is not responsible about the customer, how he can think to survive in market because if a person talks to me about ZEN mobile i straight disagree with him. from BANWARI LAL SHARMA, JAIPUR MOBILE NO.
