i gave my mobile to service center in the month of may..
til now they r not giving my mobile back..
they not suppose to give it back..

i purchased z80 mobile on 13/5/2011 and its under warranty but after giving it for reparing. they only say softwares are not available so i simply wants to know dat wat is the use of warranty ... and clearly saying before giving it to service centre aleast dat wat was in working condition but now its totally dump after giving der dnt know wat they did so ...
