I Arun sabale, i had ordered for two DD of amt 15000 each as on 30 jan 2009 through net banking, and the deadline for that DD submition was 6 feb hence i started calling to customer care (on [protected]) from 31 jan to 6 feb (last 7 days) every day, and every day they CC telling that they will give a me call-back, but i havent recive any call back or any update from standard chartered bank. Every time i had wasted my 20 to 25 min on hold with CC. On 5 jan i had called CC 6/7 time but they people directly disconnecting my calls after 15/20 min hold. I was explain all situation to CC every time that i dont have any use of that DD after 6 feb. I also ask them for location of DD every time as i was ready to pickup the DD from any branch or courier in mumbai, But the CC was not able to provide any detail. I got very disgusting and careless service from SCB MUMBAI, also i had loss some opportunity because of DD. Was this information helpful? | |
