I placed a order for dell xps 9360 on 12th march, 2018. Order number[protected]. On 16th march, the postmaster brought me a courier which had a letter stating that "the box is empty". I refused to accept the order and asked the compuindia team to look into the issue and send me a another shipment or refund my money. On march 20, after continuous follow up i got the email from them, verbatim below: —
Dear customer,
Greetings of the day!
Regret for the inconvenience caused to you.
We are initiating full refund for you. We cannot ship the laptop again there will be a chances for losing the shipment.
Refund will be processed today and will take 10-15 working days to complete in your account.
Feel free to revert for any further clarification. —
I asked them to ensure that the refund is completed in time as the laptop is an urgent requirement for my parents business and we can't buy a new one without the refund. Now after that time has passed, i have been regularly following up with them and they keep on saying that, it would be done next week. Kindly help me in getting my money back at the earliest.
