I ordered a laptop from
compuindia website on "18, july, 2018" and i received it on "23, july, 2018" the laptop i received had a manufacturing defect, its plasma screen was broken/display screen.
Its been 24 days i still haven't received a replacement, on "2, august, 2018" i gave the laptop to the ecom exp. Delivery boy to send it back to
compuindia warehouse, its 15 days now from the date of "2, august, 2018" i still haven't received any update about the procedure.
On "15, august, 2018", i did received a mail stating "we are expecting the delivery by today (14, august, 2018)", after that i received a mail yesterday "16, august, 2018" that "we will check and update you" but today is "17, august, 2018" and i still haven't been updated by information or mail from
compuindia support team.
The retailer of my laptop is
"gng electronics pvt. Ltd.

Compuindia isn't putting much attention to my damage,
I request
compuindia.com to take a strict action against "gng electronics pvt. Ltd." for delivering such poor products.
I also request the consumers to be aware about the retailer "gng electronics pvt. Ltd."
If i will not be updated by
compuindia support team in next 24 hours,
I will have no choice but to file a complaint in consumer court against
compuindia about this issue, i request the
compuindia support team to check and update me and resolve my issue as fast as they can.
