Ltd, thane-421302 - wireless mouse has some defect at space where battery is placed, its loose and not working. - product is defective from the first day i have received the product and i lodge a complaint immediately, send the email regarding the incident but no action taken till today. The customer support person only tell to contact dell company but its a logitech product so dell is not responsible for that. - i have requested for return of product and money as well. - i am attaching the invoice bill, mail conversation, product images.
