CompuIndia — warranty not updated since last 1.5 years

I have paid for additional 2 yrs warranty. Currently my laptop not working properly due to some issue in keypad and need to change that. Refer compliant id[protected]. Ndb additional 2yrs warranty not shown under dell online system my request to look into this and update the same.
I have paid to compuindia for additional warranty for 2 years after expiry of 1 year warranty offered by dell company along with the laptop.in such case my warranty will expiry on
