[Resolved]  Smartlink Network Systems Ltd — Smartlink Network Systems Limited cheated for service board has not repaired

Dear Sir, I Ram J Gupta, had submitted my MSI Motherboard on[protected] in authorised service center at Nehru Place named Smartlink Network Systems Limited and they given me the product receipt and receipt call id is CLG[protected], When i called them they told me that product is in process of repair and after 5 days you can pick the product but when i called them for confirmation they told me it is not repaired and they told me for replacement of the product after 1 week but after 1 week i have called them but their lines are always getting busy i have tried many numbers given on Receipt as well as numbers given on internet [protected], But i have not get any answer from their side and due to this my works are pending and i have to work on cafe for which i have to pay as per hours. On 1st October i have received it and they told it has repaired but when i bring it home and checked it it's not working the problem is not solved they have not repaired it just packed it and give it to me as i submitted at the time of complain. After 1 month i have received my board which is not repaired then what they people treating with customers they breaching their trust. I want claim for it. If i know that this will going to happen with me i will never submitted my motherboard in service center. I will got repaired it in local market and in 1 day. In future i will never purchase MSI boards. Please do the needful regarding this matter thanks in advance. Regards Ram J Gupta [protected]
